We want your shopping experience at jae & co to be the absolute best! We hope you love each item you receive but if not, we are here to make your return process as smooth and easy as possible. Payment is due at the time of checkout regardless of shipping or store pick-up.

Orders will ship out within 1 to 3 business days. There may be additional delays due to weather, holiday, pre-orders, and mail exceptions beyond our control.

Return Information

Our return policy is for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 14 days from the original purchase date. CUSTOMER is responsible for shipping costs when returning items for store credit.

Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise or can not be returned.
**SHOES**, Sale items, and accessories are FINAL SALE & cannot be returned. (This includes FLASH SALE items!) Accessories include shoes, handbags, scarves and jewelry. Sale items are considered 20% or more. 
Returns must be received unwashed, unworn and in new condition. If the item arrives with tags on it, the item must be returned with original tags still attached.

*Please review our Return Policy above to be sure you meet all the return requirements. CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SHIPPING COST WHEN RETURNING ITEMS FOR STORE CREDIT. An ADDITIONAL $5 RESTOCKING FEE IS DEDUCTED FROM THE PURCHASE PRICE WHEN ISSUING STORE CREDIT ON RETURNED ITEMS. 

Returns that do not meet the return requirements will not be accepted and additional postage will have to be paid to have them returned to you.

*Place in a shipping bag or box and INCLUDE YOUR EMAIL ORDER CONFIRMATION. Feel free to use the original bag you received the items in if possible. 

*We recommend noting your tracking number for the items you are returning. You will receive an email once your store credit is available. Please allow 2-4 business days for returns to be processed once we receive them.
